I am a lifetime resident of Colton. My wife and I have been married for over 34 years. Together we have raised one daughter who was educated in Colton schools and have two beautiful grandchildren currently being educated in Colton schools.

During my first term as your school Board Member, I have worked hard and volunteered time to many Colton Joint Unified School District programs and projects to ensure our schools are on the right track.

I have chosen to continue my commitment and run for re-election because I believe that every student must have access to a quality education and a safe learning environment.

I currently have the privilege to serve as Vice President of the Colton Joint Unified School District Board of Education As your Board Member, I will continued to work hard to improve programs and policies to ensure our children have educational programs and school facilities second to none.

My goals are to work with Colton Joint Unified School District Administrators and fellow School Board Members to;

• KEEP OUR TEST SCORES GOING UP
• KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE
• CONTINUE OUR WORK TO COMPLETE GRAND TERRACE HIGH SCHOOL ON TIME AND ON BUDGET
• COMPLETE NEW COLTON AND BLOOMINGTION HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIAS AND MATH AND SCIENCE CLASSROOMS
• COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF NEW SCHOOL FACILITIES TO EASE OVERCROWDING
• STRENGHTEN PARTNERSHIPS WITH OUR PARENTS, STUDENTS AND COMMUNITY
• ENSURE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND EFFICIENCY IN OUR DISTRICT
